Our sellers had an exciting opportunity arise and needed to sell their beautiful 1950s home within a set time frame.

The Campaign
This unique 1950s home had some very special features.  Full of character and on a large freehold section, it was important to highlight both of these within the marketing which involved professional day photography, drone footage and property video.  We boosted the property video throughout Facebook, ran advertising on Instagram as well using Trade Me, Realestate.co.nz, Harcourts.co.nz and newspaper adverts in the Rodney Outlook.

The Process
We ran an auction campaign which attracted 41 groups of buyers through the property.  We had two pre-auction offers and two buyers bidding at auction.  We didn’t quite reach the target at auction, but updated the marketing to a fixed price and received multiple offers from conditional buyers shortly after.

The Deal
Unconditional in just 31 days from launch after a successful auction process.
