How do I get my real estate license?

A National Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) will give you the qualification you need to be able to apply for your real estate salesperson’s licence with the Real Estate Agents Authority (REAA).

At the Harcourts Academy, we can offer a self-paced, online course which you have approximately 8 months to complete the 11 unit standards – 10 written assessments and 1 practical exam.  I completed my certificate when I was working full time and juggling kids so the benefit of being able to do my assessments in my own time was a HUGE advantage!

Students that I have recently enrolled through the Academy have the advantage of having me supporting them through their papers in case they need clarification or further explanations on topics.  I also give them the option to come in to our office and complete their papers if they prefer.

Once you have passed your National Certificate in Real Estate, your certificate of competence is sent to the REAA in application to become registered as a real estate salesperson…. and to begin an EXCITING new career!!
