When selling a property, are open homes important or is viewing by appointment ok?

An open home is one of the best ways to show your home to the most potential buyers in a short period of time.  Most serious buyers will be attending several open homes in a day so they can determine which properties they would to have a second viewing at.

Viewing by appointments are normally a ‘better quality’ appointment made by buyers wanting to inspect the property for a second or third time or it may be someone who cannot make it to the Sunday open home.

So to answer your question, I think we are in a market where both are just as important as the other.
