Of course!  In the event that another salesperson from another real estate agency would like to make an appointment to view the property with their buyer, they must work via me (or your listing agent) – this is called a conjunctional. 

These days buyers generally follow houses rather than agents.  It is good to know that if this does happen, other companies are not excluded from selling your home.
