Cara Erasmus – Head of Operations & Marketing
Often described as the magic behind the scenes, Cara keeps the Anita Dobson & Co engine running. With industry experience dating back to 2004—including her real estate license and a background in marketing and design—Cara brings precision, creativity, and strategic thinking to every campaign. She’s driven by routine, excellence, and a passion for refining systems that elevate client service. From marketing to operations, Cara touches every part of the business, ensuring our clients receive nothing short of a seamless and standout experience. A true Coastie at heart, she grew up on a dairy farm in Wainui and now balances office life with gumboots, horses, and family time on her lifestyle block.
