Statistics from The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) for October show that we have had a rise in sales from last month… Yippee!!  September had a total of 125 sales, whereas October was up at 157 sales.

The overall average price for Glenfield and it’s surrounding suburbs have gone up a massive $119,000!!
