April slowed down slightly in the number of sales compared to March, although we are still up in numbers from April 2014.  The REINZ stated in their April press release that we are still seeing strong price movements, particularly on the North Shore and in Rodney/Hibiscus Coast.  These will continue to be driven by high demand from all types of property buyers and from a lack of sufficient new supply.
