Hibiscus Coast Market Update – November 2015

The monthly median sale price for the Hibiscus Coast region increased from $795,000 to $837,500.  Compared to this time last year, our median sale price was only $650,000!  The average days on the market over November was 36, a bit of a jump from last month which was sitting at 27.  The number of sales for November 2015 decreased from 126 to 114 sales.

How does this compare to November 2014?

The monthly median sale price for the Hibiscus Coast region was $650,000 for November 2014, an increase of $187,500.  The average days on the market was 38 and the number of sales for October 2014 was 143.
