The number of sales on the Hibiscus Coast almost doubled compared to February, from 110 sales to a total of 209 sales for March.  This was up by 57 sales since March 2014, an increase of 27%.

Properties are also selling faster with the average days on the market reducing by 5 to make 35 days for March 2015, one day longer than March 2014.

We also saw a jump in the median sale price to $710,000 for the area, an increase of 2.68% since February 2015 and an increase of 7% since March 2014.
