Hibiscus Coast Market Update – December 2015

The monthly median sale price for the Hibiscus Coast region decreased from $837,500 to $745,000.  The average days on the market over November was 31, a slight decrease on November which was sitting at 36.  The number of sales for December 2015 increased from 114 to 127 sales.

How does this compare to December 2014?

The monthly median sale price for the Hibiscus Coast region was $655,000 for December 2014.  The average days on the market was 31 and the number of sales for December 2014 was 125.
