We initially took this property to market through a four-week auction campaign. From the very beginning, we experienced a high level of interest and received two offers prior to auction. However, these offers fell short of meeting the sellers price expectations and we continued to proceed with the planned auction.

On the day of the auction, we had several potential buyers who had expressed conditional interest, but none who were in a position to place bids. As a result, we moved into the next phase of the marketing campaign, setting an asking price, which generated another wave of interest and led to a further three offers.

The property went under contract a few days post auction however that agreement did not proceed, allowing another of the buyers who had put in an offer post auction to represent their offer, at which time the sellers made the decision to accept the unconditional agreement.
