Our buyer had actually come across this charming brick and tile home during the early stages of its marketing campaign, however, she was not yet in a position to make a purchase as she needed to sell her own property beforehand. She continued to visit the home on several occasions, eagerly hoping for progress on her own property.

Then, after a price adjustment, 6 Spinnaker Point received multiple offers, and in a twist of fate, the stars seemed to align perfectly for our buyer, who had managed to secure an agreement for her own property just in time, enabling her to participate in the four way multi offer. As a result, she was able to successfully secure the property and we couldn’t be happier for both her and our sellers.
