Hatfields beach is family friendly community located north of Orewa. It is renowned for it’s small, quiet, sandy beach which is great for families and has a picnic area along with an all tide boat ramp. Hatfields Beach consists of slopes, hills and valleys and offers an affordable lifestyle that is also within close proximity to all that Orewa has to offernd supermarkets that are all located a flat stroll from one another.

The median sale price was $1,050,000, higher than the median sale price for the entire Hibiscus Coast which was $950,000. Sale prices over this period ranged from $419,000 to $3,450,000. The year-on-year median price was up 5% compared to 1 year ago; up 7% compared to 3 years ago, and was up 30% compared to 5 years ago. The average days to sell was 37 days, slightly quicker than the average of 39 days for the Hibiscus Coast.

The year-on-year median price was up 1% compared to 1 year ago; down 10% compared to 3 years ago, and was down 7% compared to 5 years ago. The average days to sell was 32 days, a bit quicker than the average of 39 days for the Hibiscus Coast.
